Shipments and returns

Shipments are organized by express courier. The basic shipping service used does not include insurance.

Therefore myHermes Srl is not liable for damage or loss of products occurred during the management of the shipment by the express courier.

When ordering, you will be informed of the name of the express courier used.

In case of problems it will be necessary to contact the customer service of the express courier directly.

The customer is given the right to purchase the shipping insurance service at an additional cost.

The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

When more options are available, you can choose the most suitable one. The delivery time is usually 24/48 hours from the date of shipment.

However, this data is purely indicative and may be subject to delays due to force majeure such as unfavorable weather conditions, traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.

Goods shipped to a non-EU destination may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed when the goods reach the destination country. The additional costs for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; the seller has no control over these expenses and cannot predict their extent.
